To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on zeus69, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
zeus69 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts where underage gambling is suspected will be suspended immediately and all balances may be withheld pending investigation.
Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the zeus69 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify zeus69 promptly of any changes. zeus69 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.
zeus69 operates in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. As part of these obligations, we require all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above Rp 10.000.000 or upon our reasonable request.
KYC verification requires the following documentation:
zeus69 aims to complete KYC review within 1–4 hours during business hours. During peak periods (weekends, Indonesian public holidays including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August), processing may extend to 24 hours.
Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in account restriction, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges, until satisfactory documentation is provided.
zeus69 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods:
Minimum Deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction.

Deposits are credited to your zeus69 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. zeus69 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
zeus69 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or request supporting documentation if we have reasonable grounds to suspect the funds originate from fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction; Rp 500.000.000 per calendar day (verified accounts).
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. Where a Player's preferred withdrawal method is unavailable, zeus69 will process the withdrawal to an alternative verified method held in the Player's name.

Processing times may be extended during scheduled bank maintenance windows, Indonesian public holidays, or where additional verification is required. zeus69 is not liable for delays attributable to the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
zeus69 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion's page states otherwise:
zeus69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for genuine recreational Players; systematic exploitation of bonus offers will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.
Seasonal promotions may be offered around Indonesian cultural events including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions carry their own specific terms and are communicated via the zeus69 platform and registered account email addresses.

All content on the zeus69 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of zeus69 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any zeus69 content without our express prior written consent.
zeus69 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.
By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including the use of that data for identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have opted in, direct marketing communications.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zeus69 shall not be liable for:
zeus69's total aggregate liability to any Player under these Terms, in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
zeus69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, zeus69 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, legitimate funds will be returned to a verified payment method in the Player's name within 7 Business Days.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may contact our support team. Any balance at the time of closure will be refunded to a verified payment method within 3 Business Days, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.
zeus69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address associated with their account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the zeus69 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of gaming law as applied by the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and zeus69, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. Our team will aim to resolve your concern within 5 Business Days. zeus69 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a full written response within 14 calendar days.
